About

Claire is a former English major who fell in love with startups when she became a Campus Ambassador for Venture for America in its inaugural year, and proceeded to intern at the Yale Entrepreneurial Institute.

After graduating, she tried and failed to start “SoulCycle for dance.” She went on to be a marketing generalist at several extremely early stage NYC startups before settling to lead growth (after a bootcamp at 500 Startups) at a pre-seed travel startup. She helped take the startup to a successful seed raise and departed for her MBA at Wharton.

At Wharton, Claire explored venture capital and finance. She then joined the Series A startup Otis, an investing platform offering fractional shares in culturally significant collectibles, NFTs, and art. Otis was recently acquired by Public.com.

Claire is extremely excited to tie together all of her startup experiences to advocate for founders at Platform! Outside of work, you’ll find her dancing, reading, writing, or catching a show in NYC (music, art, dance, comedy, anything!).
